HELLO EVERYONE

I have had such incredible life changes since I met Jenya Hampton with Essential Energy Cuisine.

I am a pesonal fitness trainer who thought I had figured out what there was to know about
nutrition for myself and clients. But always looking and wondering ....how great it would be
to get everything we need from our food on a daily basis.

When I met Jenya, she went over everything with me and we together narrowed down
alot of the foods I consumed were the culprits of some of my symptoms.

I have a long list of "results" since crowding out and increasing my raw food intake:

1. LOST 8 LBS IN about 6 weeks(145lbs down to 137lbs)
2. my skin has not broken out for 2 months
3. I sleep through the night
4. I have unlimited amounts of energy
5. I learned what a SALAD is !!!!
6. My system rids waste on its own without store bought supplements
7. I realized I had an intolerance for gluten and have dropped it from my diet
8. my hair is glossy and shiny, again!!!! without products
9. increased my water intake and noticed how critical this was to my daily routine
10. Continued correspondance with JENYA has made this a way of life, instead
of something you start and never stick with

Taking Hampton's Six Weeks to Vibrant Health Series allowed me to realize that raw foods go way beyond apples and salads: they're delicious, nutrition-packed and as fun to create in the kitche-if not more so-than cooked meals.

The small group of motivated and charismatic women who signed up for the six-sessionworkshop quickly bonded and became enthuses and inquisitive about every detail of Hampton's creations in the kitchen. We learned about things as vaired as durian, an exotic Asian fruit that tastes like custard, the best way to crack a coconut, and how to grow our own sprouts-without getting our hands direty?hampton's easy approach and laid-back attitude assured all of us that our raw-food diets didn't have to be all or nothing; that adding in as many raw foods as we can was better than nothing at all; and that best of all, this can be easy and fun! We watched, expoled, wondered, examined, discussedd, pondered and tasted our fair share of new ideas and novel tastes.


Hampton's Six Six Weeks to Vibrant Heath workshop went beyond food. She also led a stress reduction workshop that guided us through how to begin writing in a gratitude journal, a 20-minute mediation and breathing exercise, and an anti-aging protocol that focused around a do-it-yourself facial massage. A field trip to DeKalb Farmer's Market helped us learn how to efficiently shop and store our favorite raw goodies. Perhaps the most satisfying was the last session, hwhere everyone from class prepared a dish and invited guests to take part in this healing tradition. I might not quite be a full-fledged raw foddie yet, but I'm excited about uncovering more about the uncooked!"
